We believe that process-driven design creates the best project outcomes. Our streamlined design process makes it easy for clients to collaborate and allows a straightforward path to project completion.
Schematic Design
Through design exploration, Chromatic Interiors will create preliminary design options. This phase include establishing hero images, the overall feel and look of the space, exploring materials, and creating floor plan options.
Design Development
With the foundation of our schematic design process, we will move into solidifying the design with material selections, floor plans, and visualizing your space with 3D renderings.
Construction Documentation
After all design decisions have been made, Chromatic Interiors will move forward with all documentation to provide to the contractor. This includes all floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, and material schedules.
Construction Administration
Once all documentation is passed to the contractor, Chromatic Interiors will help oversee the construction phase of the project. This includes meetings with your contractor, providing clarifications, and on-site walkthroughs.
Furniture & Accessories
Chromatic Interiors will work with you to create furniture floor plans and make furniture selections personalized for your space. Chromatic Interiors has you covered down to the little details, including bedding and accessories.
